Service detailsThe fee depends on the distance between your home and the school, the total number of students on the route, the frequency of journeys and the vehicle type. Once you share your address we carry out a survey and give you a clear price, including term-based and instalment options. We never charge anything that is not written in the contract.
Yes. In student transportation every vehicle carries an onboard attendant in addition to the driver. The attendant collects the student at the door, keeps order inside the vehicle and accompanies them until they enter the school. This person does not change during the term, so students and parents always deal with the same familiar face.
Depending on the route and whether the street is accessible, we agree either a door-side pick-up or the nearest safe stop within walking distance. We decide this point together during the survey.
Yes. Simply contact our operations team; we will re-evaluate the route and share the updated plan with you as quickly as possible.
Yes. If the attendant cannot find the student at the agreed stop, they call the parent directly. The same applies at the end of the school day — parents are informed the same day if a student does not board.
Our head office is in Fatih, and we have active routes in more than 22 districts across both sides of Istanbul, including Zeytinburnu, Bakırköy, Bahçelievler, Güngören, Esenler, Bayrampaşa and Eyüpsultan.

Service detailsThe number of employees, the districts where they live, the address of your facility and your shift hours are enough. We prepare a preliminary route study with that, then carry out an on-site survey and give you a firm price.
As long as the route is efficient, we can offer minibus and midibus solutions for small teams. For busier routes our coach-class vehicles come into play.
We provide the backup vehicle and driver either from our own fleet or from our contracted partner owner-drivers. In the event of a breakdown, a replacement is dispatched to the route as quickly as possible and journeys are not cancelled.
We generally work with annual contracts and monthly invoicing for corporate clients. The contract clearly sets out the number of journeys, routes, vehicle class and the conditions for any price adjustment.
Yes. When your production plan or working hours change, simply notify your operations manager and we will revise the schedule together.
Journey completion, delays and occupancy rates are recorded by our operations team and shared with your company on a regular basis.
Tour & Group Travel
Comfortable, well-maintained vehicles for school trips, corporate events, camps and intercity organisations.
Service detailsDemand peaks towards the end of term and in spring. Letting us know at least two weeks in advance helps us reserve the vehicle class you want. That said, we still try to find a solution for short-notice requests depending on fleet availability.
Our quote is prepared to cover the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls along the route. For intercity and multi-day programmes, any additional items such as accommodation are stated separately in the quote.
Yes — on request we assign an onboard attendant to keep order inside the vehicle on student trips. We work in coordination with the teachers.
Your driver is assigned to you for the whole day. For reasonable changes we adapt on the spot; for more substantial changes, just contact our operations team.

Service detailsBecause we track the flight ourselves, we do not charge extra for reasonable delays. If the waiting time becomes unusually long, we let you know in advance.
Yes. On request we provide a name-board welcome, meeting your guest at the arrivals gate and escorting them to the vehicle.
We can. For monthly or annual arrangements, the vehicle and driver are assigned to your company to ensure continuity.

Service detailsNo. All our vehicles are supplied with our own drivers. This is how we prefer to work, both for passenger safety and for the sake of maintenance discipline.
We offer two options depending on how the vehicle will be used: a package price with fuel included, or a daily price excluding fuel. We decide together which suits you, based on the route and mileage.
We consider every request, including single-day hire. Depending on fleet availability we can often allocate a vehicle within the same week.
Yes. For term-based and annual arrangements the daily unit price drops noticeably, and on contract work we can also be flexible about the payment schedule.
